Pre-Stretched Frames
We manufacture quality aluminum frames and aluminum pre-stretched frames ranging from 60 - 350 mesh count. we customized aluminum frames to fulfill customers' needs and are welded for great mesh adhesion. All corners are completely sealed to prevent ink from leaking. One side is grinded or sandblasted to make fabric adhesion fast and easy. Larger aluminum extrusions help eliminate frame distortion. Surfaces are anodized for maximum strength and durability. Aluminum is made to 6001 alloy for high resistance, maximum strength and hardness.
All screens are stretched with tension-stabilized low elongation mesh for the best quality results.
Abroad range of mesh counts are available for a variety of print applications.
